These little guys had their Mommy me and working hard running around and singing everything from the Mickey Mouse “hot dog” song to Old McDonald (with coordinating animal motions might I add…thanks Emily!) There are MUCH cooler things such as exploring, running around, rocks and digging in the dirt for boys ages 2 and 4 than having your picture taken. I tried to join in with them as much as I could and get some great shots of their cute faces!

If you are wedding photographer you would probably agree with me that almost every wedding has certain “characters” present. For example, there is “that guy” that always wants to “talk shop” about photography and equipment (which I welcome and think is great!) There is usually a “Grandpa Joe” type character who is puzzled by the fact that I am taking a picture of the bride’s shoes or that I am lying on my back to get a shot. There is ”that guy” who is a little tipsy at the reception and wants to take a picture with me in it using my camera. And every wedding certainly has “that guy” that is crazily breaking it down on the dance floor. People are gathered around laughing, clapping, and they are completely entertained (or concerned). At this particular wedding I am proud to say that my very own husband was “that guy” “getting creative” on the dance floor with his moves. I am glad I was there with camera in hand. Here is a little sample that I came across while editing. Cheers to all you dance floor crazy guys who make us laugh till we cry!
August 27, 2010 - 1:59 pm - I love it! I have SO met "those guys." The only one missing is the one who tells you your flash is facing the wrong way or not working. The other Callie warned me about "him" and I did meet him!

August 27, 2010 - 9:06 pm - This is one of my favorite characteristics of Jonathan. I will never forget Brad & Angela's wedding when he & Ogden jumped around the entire reception area like human pogo sticks. He is hilarious : )
